Lead Time for Orders - Generally, most merchandise is custom ordered,
made just for you! Please allow three weeks to complete your project. Consistency
of design is very important to me, and I am dedicated to creating quality products
that will last and be cherished for years. If a longer lead time than three weeks is
expected before shipping your order, I will contact you via email as soon as
possible. If item is listed as in stock on the Specials Page, it will ship the next
shipping day (see Shipping, below) as long as the order is received by noon
Eastern Standard Time the previous day. The exception to this is orders paid by
personal check, which must wait for check to clear before shipping
Method of Payment - Silkdancer currently accepts personal
check/cashiers check and money order. ***Coming soon PayPal will be accepted***
Please check back for updates. Credit Card/Debit Card is not accepted.
Shipping - Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail twice a week, on Mondays
and Thursdays. According to the USPS website domestic Priority Mail usually
takes 2-3 days. Insurance is available for an additional fee. In stock orders paid
by personal check must wait for check to clear before shipping.
Returns - Due to the custom nature of orders, returns are not accepted. For in
stock items, buyer is responsible for reading item descriptions carefully before
purchase, as the item may vary slightly from the photo represented. If I make an
error and ship you the wrong product, wrong color, etc. I will be more than happy to
correct the issue in a timely manner. Please contact me as soon as the discrepancy
is discovered.
Customer Service - Please email me with any questions or concerns you
may have, I will reply as soon as possible. If you do not receive a reply within
three business days, please contact me again. E-mails sometimes wind up in the
bulk or junk folder in error. With over 10 years of business customer service
experience, I am sure I can address your concern in a more than satisfactory
manner.
Custom Requests - I love making one of a kind, special pieces for
customers. As an artist I must respect the work of others, so please do not send me
a photo of another artist's work and ask me to duplicate it. I would hate it if
someone did that to me.
Photos on Website - No photos posted on website may be used without
written consent. Please contact me for permission. In instances when they have
been taken by a professional photographer, I will direct you to the correct person to
contact for consent.
