Method of Payment - Silkdancer currently accepts personal
check/cashiers check , money order, Paypal, Mastercard and Visa. NJ sales tax
will be charged when applicable.
Cancellations - Cancellations on custom orders are not accepted after
supplies have been ordered to complete your project.
Shipping - Orders are shipped domestically USPS Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation twice a week. According to the USPS website domestic Priority Mail
usually takes 2-3 days.
International orders will ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation unless
other arrangements are requested.
Insurance is available for an additional fee. Materials lost/damaged in transit are
the responsibility of the receiver. In stock orders paid by personal check must wait
for check to clear before shipping.
Returns - Returns are not accepted on custom orders. For in stock items
purchased in the Online Store, Please read item descriptions carefully before
purchase, as all items are handmade and may vary slightly from the photo
represented. Returns or exchanges will only be given if I make an error and ship
you the wrong product, wrong color, etc. I will be more than happy to correct the
issue in a timely manner. Please contact me within 3 business days of delivery.

may have, I will reply as soon as possible. If you do not receive a reply within
three business days, please contact me again. E-mails sometimes wind up in the
bulk or junk folder in error. With over 14 years of business customer service

customers. A 50% deposit is required before the start of your project. Please allow
4-6 weeks to complete your project. Consistency of design is very important to me,
and I am dedicated to creating quality products that will last and be cherished for
years. If a longer lead time is expected before shipping your order, I will contact
you via email as soon as possible. Although many artists use similar techniques
and may have a similar style, each is unique. As an artist I must respect the work
of others, so please do not send me a photo of another artist's work and ask me to
duplicate it. I would hate it if someone did that to me.
